Financial Aid Policy
At the present time
the troop can provide
financial assistance only for the cost of Goshen summer camp (or another BSA one-week summer camp of
the troop's choosing). The BSA National Capitol Area Council also has
funds available for Goshen and certain approved BSA High Adventure Bases (policy as adopted
June 2000).
If you need financial
assistance to attend Goshen Scout Reservation, use the following form
and return it to the Troop Committee Chair or Scoutmaster. NCAC

1 (at Scout Council Headquarters).

Crew neck sweatshirt: $20.00
Hooded sweatshirt: $25.00
Troop Neckerchief: A neckerchief is given to each Scout at his joining ceremony. Additional neckerchiefs may be purchased from the Troop for $5.00.

Merit
Badge Counselor Registration Form
Adults who would like to be a Merit Badge Counselor should complete
this form and return it to the Troop Advancement Chairman.
BSA
Class 1 and 2 Medical Forms
This is the medical form for Scouts going to Summer Camp.
Class 1 is to be updated
every year by all participants.
Class 2 is valid for
three years.
BSA Class 3 Medical Form
This is the medical form for all, youth and adult, High Adventure activity
participants.
In addition to this form you will also need to complete the Class 1 form.
Class 1 is to be updated
every year by all participants.
Class 3 is valid one
year for High Adventure activities.
Scouts may use the Class
3 for three years for Summer Camp.
Adults need a new Class
3 every year regardless of activity level.
Keep a copy of all medical forms. The troop does
NOT maintain copies and the camp will NOT return them.
